How to delete user profiles in Vista or 7

By jmonson ·
Is there a method/tool to do an automated deletion of user profiles in Windows Vista and/or 7?
I use to be able to use DelProf, on WinXP, in a batch file to delete user accounts remotely. That only removes the profile folders under C:\Documents and Settings. With Vista and 7 we have to use the User Profile tool under System Properties to effectively remove user profiles. I have been looking at RemProf.exe but it can't be used from a central network standpoint.
