How to deploy Outlook 2003 macro to the network

Hi every body

I have just created an outlook macro to forward Spam to the Spam stoppers as an attachment and created a button in the outlook 2003 Toolbar, it is functioning fine, and doing what I needed it to do.
The problem is my boss wants it in the network so that he can deploy it to the other company’s PCs, I googled it and found that I need to use COM add-in which I don’t know anything about,

can any one please HELP me with this and tell me the easiest way to do it as I am not a programmer.
