Actually I am managing exchange server for almost 600 users. I need the Mailbox Properties needs to be filled by the user. My problem is that i have to make a form so that users can access and fill up their mailbox properties thru the form only. I went to Design forms in Microsoft Outlook but i don’t know how to go. How the fields i put on the form would be related to mailbox properties. Which type of form to be used for this purpose like post, contact, appointment. Please help me out.
