How to detect whether a system requires a reboot or not??

By vengalamseshu ·
Hi,

I would like to know whether we can find any information that we can find whether a System requires a re-boot or not.

I'm working with Windows 2008 server OS.

If service restarts don't seem to solve the problem, then there's a good chance the next step is a machine reboot.
