How to directly access photos on Kodak floppy disks & CDs

I have thousands of photos on Kodak floppies & CDs for “Windows 3.1 or higher” with Kodak “Disk Viewer Software” on the disks. My OS is Windows 10. I do have exterior hard drives for floppies & CDs. Any ideas about how to access the photos directly? Thank you!

  I’m reading http://tedfelix.com/PhotoCD/index.html but as this is getting long in the tooth you will likely have to see if the titles there are still around and work well enough for you.

  It should still have the plugin to handle Kodak PhotoCD.
  Can find it at the Irfanview homepage, maybe even the Windows store. It’s free as well.
