How to enable SSH on 1721 Cisco routers

Dear All, I need your help about enabling SSH on CISCO 1721 Router. what I need to upgrade in it for enabling the SSH on this router.

Currently it has 32MB Memory
Its IOS Version is 12.2(4)YA2
