My daughter has NT and Win98 on her system and wants to use a USB only scanner. I know that NT does not support USB, but Win98 does. The Army did not provide any drivers for USB on the Win98 install. What do I need to download and install and in what sequence? She said vendor mentioned “usbscan.sys” ??
