How to ensure AGP bus is on?

Hi,

I’ve got a Dell Precision 330 Workstation running Windows 2000 Pro, and I installed an ATI Radeon 9550 AGP 4X card. When I run the ATI Catalyst Control Center, it tells me the AGP bus is off.

How do I ensure the bus is ON and running at full 4x speeds?
