how to execute a gui from a prompt

I am setting up systems that require MainFrame access which isn’t the problem. I currently need to execute two gui’s, how can I create a batch file or something else to automatically call the 2 gui’s. They load profiles. If I try to create a batch file it executes the file but the configuration information is lost. I basically need to execute the two configured gui’s and don’t know how to di it
