How to export specific emails to excel?

I want to know a way where in I can export the emails from outlook to excel where i can sort by the sender, subject, and time of the email being sent and recieved. I am using MS outlook 2010, so the emails are grouped and thats how I would like to see in excel as well. Emails should be seen as groups in excel with the time received in my inbox.
Any help is appreciated.
