How to fix address book?

Hello everyone!
A conflict has appeared when I wanted to send an email with an audio message included in the background in Outlook Express 6.00.2900.5512 with the Address Book. Since then I can’t open my emails. Neither can I open my Address Book. I get the following error:
Message failed to load the address book. Outlook Express is not configured correctly.
Can you advise something?

Hi. Address Book is configured to share contacts with Outlook, even if you don’t use it (can happen with the install of Office).
Change the value to 0 (zero), close REGEDIT & reboot: Address Book should be available to you and all should be well. (If that DWORD is not present, don’t create it, and don’t alter any other DWORD values.)
Or you can follow these instructions
1) Close out of Outlook if you have it opened.
2) Right-click on the icon for Microsoft Outlook on your desktop. Click on “Properties > Email Accounts.”
3) Click on the “Directory” tab and then “View or change existing directories or address books.” Click “Next” and then “Outlook Address Book.” Click on “Remove > Finish > Close.”
4) Open Outlook to verify that the address book has been removed. Close Outlook again.
5) Right-click on the Outlook icon again and click “Properties > Directories > Add a new directory or address book.” Click “Next.”
6) Click on “Additional Address Book > Next > Select Outlook Address Book > Next > Okay > Close” to finish reinstalling the address book to Outlook. Open Outlook and right-click on “Contacts.” Click on “Properties” and then the “Outlook Address Book” tab. Click on the check box next to “Show this folder as an email address book” and then click “OK.” You will now have a new address book and the problem will be fixed.
