By eric.brown ·
How can I forward email addressed to one mailbox (Corporate Exchange account) and have it automatically go to the user's Internet mail account at an ISP?

Go to Exchange Admin. Create a Custom recipient (icon that looks like a world at the top). Select Internet Address. Type in the Address and then click ok. Once that is done type in a name for it. Then click ok. Go to the mailbox that needs the mail forwarded. Select the Delivery options Tag, Where it says Alternate Recipient put the dot on the second one and then click on Modify, from the list select the Custom Recipient that you have just created (Will have a world icon next to it) and then click OK. If you want then place a tick in the box that says "Deliver Messages to both ..." or leave it if you don't want the local mailbox to also get the email and store it. Click on OK and your done.

Cheers ....
