How to Free Up Space on MacBook Pro with macOS Ventura?

Hi everyone,

I’m using a MacBook Pro with macOS Ventura, and I’ve noticed that my storage is filling up quickly, even though I’m not storing a ton of files. I’ve already cleared cache files and removed old apps, but I’m still running low on space.

Can anyone suggest effective methods to free up more space without compromising system performance? Are there any hidden storage hogs in macOS Ventura that I should be aware of?

Can you tell some details:
– what is the total storage space?
– how much is used now?
– how quick is it filling up (say, 1 GB a month or 10 GB a day)? Probably something in between, but only you know.

Then read https://www.reddit.com/r/mac/comments/1c3ldoi/wheres_my_disk_space_what_is_taking_up_all_the/ and compare the size of the largest folders now and next week. Then you’ll know the most important things that are added. Then do something about that.
