How to get a downloadable link to a file in OneDrive?

I am hosting an Excel template on OneDrive for users of my website (https://***.io/) to download. I want them to simply go to a link and have that file downloaded to your laptop. I wonder how I can do that? Thanks

Why not simply put in on your website, in stead of on OneDrive? That circumvents this issue.
