I recently got a crazy virus that shut down one pc. I took out the HD and placed it in new pc in order to use command prompt or explorer to recover some data. Problem is that the data I need was stored in my documents off of my user name. All of the other user name folders are able to be accessed, except for the one I need. Is there a way to get into this folder? Ie: the folder is being read as e, so I need to access e:\documents and settings\ username
Any help would be grateful, its got my company quicken file on it, and I need it to do billing! 🙁
