My desktop is Windows Vista. whenever i first login i couldnt see anything except wallpaper and i enter ctrl+alt+del to get my task manager, then switch to new task to get my explorer.Afterwards all ok.Again when i restart my windows the same thing is repeated.
How to solve this problem.
