How to I recover my drive

Hi…

I just installed Norton Antivirus Corporate edition AMS Server on my Windwos 2000 controller and when the system restarted at the start up, an eek b virus was found on my e drive’s master boot record and i was asked to quarintine, which i continued with. Then when my system was up completely and was not able to access that drive. It gives the error.

E:\ is not accessible

The parameter is incorrect.

i tried to access by booting with 98 bootable floppy but no luck. this dirve has important data whose backup is also not available.

So please help me to access this drive by any means.
