I just bought a laptop with Vista. Not wanting to remove Vista, [‘Just in case’] I purchased a SATA Hard drive to replace the original. I now find that no version of windows ‘sees’ it. Can anyone advise on how to install windows into a SATA hard drive on a laptop.
