In our LAN, we have a network printer, hp color laser jet 5500; the printer server is on a Win2000 Server. The IP address for this printer is 192.168.0.100
For Win2000 pro or XP computers, I just install this printer by creating a TCP/IP port, so this printer is installed as a local printer.
But for Win98 workstation, how can I install this printer directly? When installing local printer, it cannot create TCP/IP port. Should I install it as “network printer”, how is the path then?
