How to Join SBS Domain over VPN

OK so I have SBS up and running ? AWSOME!!!

My question?

I have locally a Linksys RV082 VPN router (with DHCP off and handled by SBS). When I create a VPN tunnel from my remote (2 hours north) all looks good. VPN connection is made and I can ping the server and all clients at local site by IP but not by name, why?

I attempted to make the remote computer part of the domain (after VPN was up) but it does not find the domain.

In past (before SBS) the VPN came in and fond all resources on the peer to peer I had. I could ping IP and name and all database sharing worked.

So?
1)How do I get to ping on name? Looks like DNS is not happening on SBS server?

2)How do I get the remote computer to become part of the local domain via the VPN?
