How to join W2k doima as Win 95 client

by rick03y . Updated 25 years, 6 months ago

I am trying to get some win 95 comuters to join our new Win 2000 domain. I created a computer account in active directory, the 95 computer has a good IP, has client for Microsoft networks configured with domain log on/quick log on set, I configuredthe identification tab and the access control is user access and to get access from the domain. But still every time I try to log on to the domain I get the error message ‘The Domain password you have supplied is not correct (which it is) or accessto your logon server has been denied’ I don’t know what to do. I can also ping the 95 box and from the 95 box I can ping all other computers on the network. What am I missing here?
