How to keep wifi (WPA2 Enterprise) connected for AD users to log into Mac

I have a MacBook that has been joined to our WPA2 Enterprise wireless network. I have joined this Macbook to our domain in Windows Active Directory and would like to be able to keep wifi connected so that our Active Directory users may log in and use this Macbook. Instead, wifi shows off on login screen and no place to click Other User to allow other users to login.

I also have an iMAC, however, it allows me to login as Other User because it is hardwired to our network.

What do I need to do to be able to keep our wifi connected so that Active Directory users can log into MacBooks?
