I am running the IT show for a small multinational marketter. We need to be cutting edge but do not need to be huge. I am often the smallest client for several vendors. Anyone have any tricks to get prioritized even if you are not in the Fortune 500.
I have tried going with the little guys but the skill sets are not there. Hiring temps is usually a nightmare.
