How to Limit Concurrent Connections?????

I am moving a client from a Novell environment to a Windows 2000 environment. There is 1 domain, 2 sites/DC’s and mostly Windows 95/98 clients. Does anyone know how I can limit the concurrent connections of the users to 1? (this is a simple setting in Novell, but I can’t find anything in Windows 2000 server)
