how to look up specific data in sheet

I have a sheet that has columns, so there might be 20 entries of monday etc.

Weekday Tier

Monday A: >50 vpo (volume per outlet)
Tuesday A: >50 vpo
Wednesday B: >20<49 vpo Thursday C: <19 vpo Friday B: >20<49 vpo I just want to put in a formula that will add up the amount of A/B/C Tiers that were contacted per weekday. Both columns have dropdown boxes. At the bottom of both colums I have a COUNTIF that adds up the amount of times monday/tuesday appears and the same with the vpo column. I would appreciate help.
