I have a client that has just upgraded from XP to Win 7, when he clicks on his favorites from the start menu they don’t open in full screen. I have made changes to both the x86 and x64 internet explorer icons to ensure that they open in a full screen everytime. Needless to say if I just open IE it is a full screen.
I have also tried recreating the icons in IE8 with no luck as well. I scoured the internet and found nothing, hoping that someone else has seen this issue.
