I have 2 monitors. In the Display Properties Settings Tab I drag the monitor icons to match the physical arrangement of the monitors – when I drag the window up it displays on monitor 2. However, the position of the monitors randomly changes back to side by side. How do I make the multiple monitor physical arrangement stay the way I set them?
