How to make sent Organizational forms?

How to make sent Organizational forms show up under the Sent Items folder?
I’m able to send the form to another user using Microsoft Outlook 2003 but my sent item doesn’t show up under my Sent Items folder like any other e-mail does.

I was wondering if there is a way to fix this?
I know i can create a rule to have the sent form be sent to the sent folder but isn’t this supposed to work?
