My friend bought a HP laser jet pro cm1415nw wireless printer and now it does not work. I setup his wireless router and it work fine, and I install many times his printer via remote control, it will not print any page, it says printer offline, there is no option to make it online, but when I try to scan something it work via wireless, but it will not print. If I connect through usb connection then printer work fine. His OS is Windows 7.
