I’ve just been promoted as IT Support in my Dept. Am still studying part time-Computer Applications at University and my manager wants me to carry out a full project planning with action plans and deliverables.
The project concerns changing our current old system with a new one. We already know what system we are ganna buy. But we have to make our requirements.
I don’t really have IT experience as i was acting as processing clerks for 3 years.
I got this job coz i know the business and as am graduating this year.
It’s difficult for me to put into practise what i’ve learned coz of my inexperience.
Can anyone ver help me?
