How to migrate Oracle APEX on premise to Oracle APEX Cloud application

We have several Oracle APEX application on premise. We wanted to understand if there is a path to migrate our APEX on Perm applications to Oracle Cloud APEX.
If yes, then what is involved?
We have some new application already in Oracle APEX Cloud instance.
