Can any one advise on how to open Folder options thru Run (Start>Run) like other cpl files (i.e. timedate.cpl, etc.)in XP. It helps in a business environment where end user does not have admin rights on the system, so we can create a shortcut and run with Admin privileges.
I googled this topic but couldn’t find much except it’s a part of shell32.dll file and that can’t be opened thru icon/run command.
