How to organize address book?

By Joesyl ·
Is there a way where you can hide the Org and Site name from showing in Address Book?
When I open up Address Book in Outlook, and pull down the arrow, I will see GAL, Org. Name, Site Name, and Receipient. When I click on Org or site, it is empty.Since it does not contain any addresses, is there a way to remove that?

Outlook has a Form Generator where you can e.g. design Contact Forms with just Fields you need. (Tools-Forms-Design a Form)

Form Generator works on Contact form but not on Address book. I think it has something got to do with setting in Exchange Admin. I just can't seem to find a way to hide the Org. and Site.

If you are still tackling this problem, perhaps you should consider calling your local super-hero.
