How to put a cd to second drive

I am wondering how to put a cd right to the second drive. Every time you install a cd it automatically goes to the c drive. How do I make it go to the other hard drive. There must be an easy way. Please help me out with this wwwfluffy@new.rr.com I had some answers before about this but I don`t understand what to do so please help me out in an easier way of doing it.
