How to re-install Symantec Antivirus Server(SAV) without reinstall Client?

I want to fix an error in the Symantec antivirus server, but cannot do any update. Because problem when I choose server and fill username and password it will popup this message
“Internal error while attaempting to log in to the server [servername]. Error code 0x80010203”.
So, I want to re-install SAV Server to fix this error or setup secondary server.
How to re-install Symantec Antivirus Server without reinstall Client? If not, how to setup secondary SAV Server without reinstall SAV clients?
