I am using CA security software and somehow a virus or spyware has made it’s way on to my PC and changed the password for the administrator and deleted all other accounts so that now only a default account with no rights and the admin account which has had the password changed are left making the internet impossible to get to. What type of program do I need to be able to recover this. I have tried to delete the software and reinstall but as things are in my world you need the admin password to delete the *&^%&^% software.
