how to recover Firefox bookmarks

By PhilipNewton ·
I have XP and use Firefox.
I had to remove a keylogger and winspy programs that migrated onto my computer. (I used Spybot and Ad-Aware to clean it.) Afterwards I have not been able to get my Mozilla Firefox to work. Other means to browse the Internet work without a hitch. When I try to access Firefox, the Firefox screen comes up but it's only white and I have no access to Firefox's menu options. I need to know where Firefox's Bookmarks are stored to attempt to save them before I overwrite the program. Thanks.

I'm looking for a free program that will find all old bookmarks from reinstalling Netscape, any ideas.
