I’ve to give support to some servers using Win2k server or Win2k Backoffice and recently y recieved lots of questions about how to recover a pasword in a Win2k server.
For recovering a password I mean the “users/administrators” didn’t remember any of the passwords they have for administrator nor other users with admin rights.
I’ve been searching and I found some disks that says they can recover those pass, but they didn’t work in a Win2k installation, they work properly in a Win NT4 but didn’t work in Win2k.
The question is:
Are there any way to recover or just to change the admin password or any other of the users in a Windows 2000 Server?
