how to relicate scripts from pdm to bdc

Before you check on anything else, make sure that the "Directory Replicator" services on both servers are running.

Next, on the PDC, place the file that you want to replicate in the folder - \export\scripts\(e.g NTCONFIG.POL)

Now that you havethe master file in the right folder, you can initiate the replication. Go to the BDC first and d-click on the "Server" icon in the control panel. Next, select the "Replication" button. Leave the "Export" part alone since you will be importing from the PDC. Check the "Import Directory" and the path(likely to be the default value) and "From List" click "Add" to add the PDC server. You are done for the BDC part.

Now we go to the PDC and follow the same sequence until the "Export" part. Check the "Export Directory" and the path (again likely to be the default value) and "To List" click "Add" to add both the PDC and BDC. As for the "Import Directory", it should be the same setting as the one that you set for the BDC, which have the value = PDC server. It may seem confusing at first but take a closer look and you will see the logic.
