How To Remove a Comment Box From WordPress Site?

I have been receiving spammy emails from random email addresses due to a commenting system which is by default enabled on my site. I tried my best to research about it in order to remove it manually as this specific option can't be removed using an option.

I'm using a Coupon WP theme by FameThemes and the store section uses a custom post type so the stores are a separate field on my site and use its custom commenting system. I have already disabled commenting on my site from the backend but this specific commenting system can't be removed or disabled.

They created it so you contact them with what you need changed.

Click the Discussion link under Settings in the left-side panel. ...
Uncheck the 'Allow people to post comments on new articles' check box.
