All of the users in the company i worked are having account with lesser then guest account authority. Everytime if the user need to add printer we have to add it for them. Some of the printer need authority before using it, like color lazer printer. But the problem comes, those printers once add then delete and can be add again without our notice, they can print as they wants. I am looking a way to completely remove it, even we have add that before . I have played around with registrY. But that didn’t help.
