How to remove blank Rows in Excel??

Does anyone know of a way to automate the removal of many blank rows inside an Excel Sheet??
I have exported to Excel from Crystal Reports but I have three blank rows between every record. There must be a better way to remove all of these blank rows.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
