How to remove internet connection wizard

My department (I’m a grad student who helps with computer stuff) just purchased 10 computers with Windows 2000 Professional for a graduate student comptuer lab. Previously we were running NT 4.0 Workstation with a NT4.0 Server. We still have the NT4.0 server, but we now have these Win2000 workstations. In our NT setup we had mandatory profiles for all students. I would like to keep the mandatory profiles, and I seem to have most of the mandatory profiles working in W2K, however, I cann’t get rid of the internet connection wizard. Any ideas on how to remove this annoying program from initializing on login?
