How to remove Outlook program files

By Richard H ·
We are rolling out Windows 2000 workstations and do not use the outlook email program. we were trying to delete the program file(s) and the directory but bill has decided he wants them to stay on the machine and they will automagicvally re-appear no matter what we try to do. Does anyone have a clue?

You can also deny everyone rights to run the executable. Good Luck!

That Q# simply says to remove the program from the Add/Remove programs in control panel. The outlook express software is not listed anywhere in add/remove either by itself or in conjunction with IE.
