How to replicate mmc snap ins to all des

Dear Friends,

I have a network where my PDC is running Win NT 4.0. At the moment I don?t intend to migrate to Win2k. I have more then 100 desktops running Win2k professional and I need to configure them equally. I don?t have one PDC running Win2kand also any AD service or GPOs. The only thing I did was to open one mmc console for remote desktops in my computer and configure one of them just like I want. Now, I would like to transfer these configurations to the 99 remaining desktops. What files should I have to copy to get it and to which folders, or is there any way to do it without GPOs or ActiveDirectory AD, or is there any other way to do it?
