How to reply and delete email automatically by using MAPI Control?

my current programme can send emails by using MAPI Control. Email will using my user account from Outlook. i need to enhance my programme to auto reply and delete some emails when any email reply or forward to my Outlook.

Anyone know how to do that in programming? im using vb.Net. My programme is a window application.
