How to restore Administrative Tools

Somehow my son has deleted or otherwise removed Administrative Tools so that the folder is empty on both profiles on his PC. Does anyone know how to restore this so I can run disk cleanup and such? I tried turning them off and on, and I don’t see it in Add/Remove Programs under Windows components. They’ve been gone for some time so system restore won’t help. Thanks for any help! Or does anyone know the direct commands to call up the items that are in Administrative Tools?
