While installing window7, wanted to merge part of D drive with C to increase it’s volume. I split D drive with certain volume for merging but could not do so hence tried to re-merge split D drive. While doing so it warned that the drive thereafter can not be used, with the view to reformat later I executed. To my surprise that drive is not showing in the configuration of hard disk. I have lost considerable space, how to retrieve it?
