How to retrieve mail from a local archive

Two months ago I created a local archive on my drive c: where I saved important mails this was meant to be my backup in case our mail server crashed, then last week my lotus notes had problem and I reinstalled so the link to my local archive is no longer there.

Question: How do I retrieve those mails ’cause when I double click on it, it doesn’t open.
