How to retrive the old conversation history,5 month old from Outlook. I am not able to see my old conversation history , which was linked through lync application. I can see only last 5 months of conversation hsitory only. I want my all or may be 1 year back conversation history back.My setting are by defualt and not deleted any mail from there , aslo not used the conversation clean up tool or archiving method. Please help how i can see all those conversation history
